Aromatherapy Blog Carnival – July 31, 2010

Posted by admin
Aromatherapy is an ancient science using therapeutic-grade essential oils. Therapeutic-grade essential oils are the essence of nature – the lifeblood of the plant. Nearly nobody understands the significance of using therapeutic-grade essential oils.
~~~
A compound made in a laboratory may have the same chemical formula as one produced in nature, but they are not the same and do not have the same effect on your body and mind. A chemical formula is not a complete description of a compound, even though today’s chemists and chemistry books will say so.
~~~
Instead of describing an essential oil as “A Mixture of Chemical Compounds,” essential oils are better described as “Vehicles of Living Energy.”
~~~
Here is an example: Take a drop of lemon oil in the mouth. Therapeutic-grade lemon oil will go into the body, finding free radicals. Immediately the lemon oil will start changing the chemical formula of free radicals into something the body can readily use, moreover into something the body needs.
~~~
Therapeutic-grade lemon oil will convert free radicals into – Vitamin A! This is a miracle.
~~~
This is the miracle of life. No man-made chemical formula can do this. To the contrary. Chemical formulas created in the lab, when ingested, are not recognized by the body. They either sit there and the body works overtime to get rid of them, or they do harm.
~~~
Therapeutic-grade essential oils are truly “Vehicles of Living Energy” to aid the body’s many-fold tasks.

Insomnia, Sleep Deprivation? How To Fall Asleep In Seconds – GUARANTEED!

Posted by admin

Insomnia? Sleep Deprivation? You’ve tried everything and nothing has ever worked for you?

I know. I looked for answers and could not find any …

… Until I got chatting to self-help author and guru Bradley Thompson and found out that he too used to suffer from insomnia.

What’s more, he claimed to have found a cure and to be sleeping the sleep of the just ever since. And he found it by accident!

He told me about his remarkable discovery.

This cure is based on a radical new use of a fairly old technology, discovered by a German research scientist way back in 1839.

I must admit, if it hadn’t been for his credentials, I would have thought the guy was NUTS for thinking, that this could apply to insomnia.

“Yeah, right!” I thought.

Still, I agreed to try it. I would have tried anything.

You know what? IT WORKED!

And, much to my delight and surprise it has WORKED EVERY NIGHT EVER SINCE!

If you’re a sufferer, you should be dancing on the table right now, because THIS IS THE REAL DEAL – a permanent cure for your sleepless nights.

It is 100% safe, 100% effective, does not involve taking drugs and – this is the bit I like! – requires absolutely *NO* effort on your behalf at all.

I’ve got my life back! I’d love to think I can help someone else get theirs back too. Check out Bradley’s site here:

Quit Smoking – The Difference Between Success And Failure

Posted by admin

Here Is A Great Quit Smoking Tip:

When you decide to quit smoking, take another decision in your mind. Decide never to smoke a cigarette that is bought with your money, and never carry a pack on you. How this quit smoking tip helps you stay off cigarettes?

1. The first part of the quit smoking tip – never buy your own cigarettes means that if you smoke you would need someone to offer you one. Most people do not like to share their cigarettes on a regular basis and if you are identified as one who is out for freebies, you would very soon be a loner.

2. The second part of the quit smoking tip – never carry a pack of cigarettes with you. This means that you cannot depend on having a cigarette when you need one – behavior change – and hence, you would outgrow the dependency on it over time.

QUIT Smoking Tip That Chould Change Your Life!

Do you want to quit smoking?

quit smoking

Here is a very powerful quit smoking tip that can literally change your life – because it would ensure your 100% success.

Do you want to know what this is? Read on and find out all about it.

What You Need To Quit Smoking Once For All

I read once a quip that made me smile – ‘Who says quitting smoking is difficult? I have quit it five times and there is nothing to it.’

Yes, usually this is what happens. You think you left smoking for good and the habit is behind you. Then, you just smoke once with your friends – for the sake of old times – and that is it.

In your mind, this is just a one-time-smoke bit; nothing to worry about. This would be like an occasional chocolate cake slice when you diet. However, in no time, you find yourself ‘treating’ yourself on a regular basis, and supposedly out of the blue you will back smoking regularly again.

Are you ready to tackle this problem head on?

You need to know and keep in mind that getting back to smoking is extremely easy. You also need to know what you would encounter when you attempt to stop smoking. The withdrawal symptoms can be very unpleasant and painful.

Do you know what medication can help you with the withdrawal symptoms?

Do you know how long it takes to get rid of the habit?

You need to have nerves of steel and a high level of commitment to get yourself rid of this toxic habit.

Find Out What Helps You Fight Withdrawal Symptoms

Hollywood’s Biggest Stars Are Braking The Habit Too!

All across Hollywood stars are kicking the smoking habit. With the damaging effects smoking has on teeth, skin and other overall appearance, you can guess why celebrities have suddenly become so concerned about giving up cigarettes for good.

Most stars are looking for a way to quit smoking that won’t further the damage cigarettes have already done to their body. They prefer an all-natural solution that will allow them to kick the habit while recovering their overall health and beauty.
